Conversation Hub

Help us Welcome new residents at a “Conversation Hub”
As part of our community initiative to welcome and support asylum seekers based in Westhill, we would like to invite anyone interested to attend a first “Conversation Hub” get together on Wednesday 19th July from 2pm – 4pm in the Lounge at the church building on Westhill Drive. We will discuss how language support and tuition might be offered and how you might be able to help. Any volunteers, from those who may want to help occasionally in the ‘café style’ setting (perhaps doing jigsaws, crafts and playing cards), to those who may wish to get involved in some basic language tuition, are welcome to attend. Tea and coffee will be on offer. We look forward to seeing you there.
(If you can’t manage on Wed 19th and are interested in supporting this initiative, please contact Aileen Reid (aileen.reid01@outlook.com ) and you will be included in future communications about the Conversation Hub.)
